About this machine
Buying the grinder later is the common mistake. A 20 bar pump cannot rescue unevenly ground coffee: water takes the widest channel it can find, and the shot runs pale on one side while the rest stays packed. Pairing the machine with a conical burr grinder from the start is what makes the pressure figure mean something in the cup.
