About this machine
Same idea as the 20 bar set, one step up the shelf: this is the gauge machine, with a 1450 W boiler and a 15 bar pump, packed with the frothing pitcher it needs. Pre-infusion and the over pressure valve are both here, so the numbers on the gauge stay honest.
The twenty ounce pitcher is 600 ml of heat resistant stainless; the twelve ounce is 350 ml. Both pour slowly through a narrow spout, which is what makes patterns land where you aim them.
